About me

Education: I received my BA in Elementary Education from Cornell College. I am continuing my education and working towards my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. 

I am so excited to begin my 9th year of teaching and my 7th year at St. Joe's. I love working at St. Joe's because of the wonderful community and the support we get from parents throughout the year. 

This is an exciting year for me as I am getting married to my fiancé, Kevin, on September 27th and will soon be Mrs. Toman! I am extremely excited for this next chapter in our lives! 

Outside of teaching, I love coaching our St. Joe's softball team, playing volleyball, and, most importantly, spending time with my family. I am a proud auntie of 10-year-old twin boys and a 3-year-old niece. I enjoy spending my weekends at soccer games, having family dinners, and attending mass together. I  am a dog mom to my wonderful pup, Drifter. I love to unwind after the day with a long walk with him and relax with a good mystery/thriller novel.
