Library Club is open to 4th and 5th grade students at St. Joseph School. Students who participate in this club have an opportunity to sign up to help with School Store and/or be part of Book Club. All students will attend the SOKY Book Fest that occurs the last week of April.
Library Club is open to 4th and 5th grade students at St. Joseph School. Students who participate in this club have an opportunity to sign up to help with School Store and/or be part of Book Club. All students will attend the SOKY Book Fest that occurs the last week of April.
*Book Club--Meets weekly on Thursday mornings in the library from mid-September to mid-November. The students who participate will be given a book chosen by Mrs. Scheidegger. During the weekly meetings the students will discuss the three chapters that were assigned the previous week. Participation is essential to this club, so students may not miss more than three meetings, unless a parent has provided an excused absence.

Information about this field trip will come at a later date if it takes place.
*SOKY Book Fest--This activity takes place yearly at the Knicely Center at the end of April. Students who participate in Library Club will have an opportunity to attend the Children's Day of the Book Fest. Nationally known authors will attend this event and students will be able to speak to the authors, as well as purchase their books. The students will also attend three workshops that day.
