I was born and raised in Owensboro, Ky and attended Catholic schools kindergarten through the 12th grade. I graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1988 with a Bachelors degree in History. I received my Masters in Library Science in 1990 from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

I was the library director for the Goodnight Public Library for two years. I became a stay-at-home mom with the birth of my first child.

My husband, Bob and I, have four children Hannah (30), Megan (27), Matthew (25), and Reilly (20). All of our children have graduated from St. Joseph School.

I am excited to be starting my ninth year as the librarian at St. Joseph School and look forward to sharing the joy of reading with your children.
