World War 2 was a very big war that had caused many deaths for many countries. World War II was a global war that took place from 1939 to 1945. The war was fought between several countries including the United States, Great Britain, France, Germany, Japan, and many others. This war had put the Nazi party in the spotlight. The Nazi’s were a political group that came about in 1919, but took over most of Germany in 1933. Adolf Hitler became the leader of the party in 1921. The Nazi’s wanted complete control of the wolrd and would kill anyone that disagreed with their beliefs. They mainly went after the Jews and killed a lot of them. Then you have the places that the war took place and when the war had ended. The war was a very dark time for the world. Hitler had killed many people and many families had been separated by him. How would you feel if your family had been separated by some leader who wanted complete control. It was far bigger than the first world war. Some feel the attack on Pearl Harbor really kicked off the United States involvement in the War.
