During my time researching this project I have learned why farms in Australia have an overpopulation of Emus. While most of the farmers do have ways to keep Emus out. Emus are a very smart, but dumb bird at the same time and they have figured out ways to get around these fences. While the war wasn't completely useless it was a very unproductive war because of the emus being able to reproduce So in conclusion although the war was a big turning point for the farmers it did not impact the population of the emus because of how fast they are able to reproduce.
