The sources of information listed below and utilized to research this project are credible primary and secondary sources. The internet research regarding the ideal start to the school day and the negative impact of sleep deprivation on students’ health primarily relied on peer-reviewed scientific studies. Furthermore, I conducted my own scientific survey to understand how sleep deprivation affects teenagers today.
