The battle of Surigao Strait was a naval battle that took place on October 24th-25th and was part of the larger engagement of The Battle of Leyte Gulf. It was the last ship to ship fight, and decimated the attacking Japanese forces.
My topic is the Battle of Surigao Strait
It took place on October 25, 1944.
