The Fast Fashion Industry

My topic is on the fast fashion industry and how much waste comes from the fashion industry. The dates I am covering with my topic is from 2000 to 2020. Learning about the history of fast fashion from 2000 to 2020 can help raise awareness for just how harmful the fashion industry is for the environment. Major social science themes that I have discovered are that million dollar companies do not pay their workers and how much waste has been produced from the fashion industry over the years. The purpose for researching this topic is to learn more and raise awareness about fast fashion and how bad it is for the planet and the garment workers in the companies factories.
