Educators intending to teach LGBT history first must convince their administration of the necessity of such a topic. They then must comb through the history itself to form a base knowledge  of gender and sexuality expression throughout time periods and locations. This literature review collects research regarding both lines of thinking and assimilates them into one greater story.
