OVERALL GOAL
Students will build a collaborative mindset through team work and try to solve real world problems. They will focus on different roles when working in a team and participate in hands-on activities. Students will be introduced to foundational vocabulary commonly used in STEM. They will strengthen their ability to integrate and apply knowledge and skills; nurturing their creativity, collaboration and problem solving skills. Students in these grades will refer the Engineering Design Process while participating in problem-based projects and we will begin to make career connections in STEM.

Students will be participating in an Olympic Challenge for the downhill ski.
6th
Students will be testing their Hydraulic Crane.
7th
Students will be completing an Olympic Challenge by constructing a bobsled.
8th
Students will be completing an Olympic Challenge by constructing a bobsled.
