GRADING
Grades for 3rd & 4th will be published on PowerSchool weekly. Assignments and other resources will be posted to Google Classroom. Grading will be based on appropriate participation, effort, and meeting the criteria of a rubric.

OVERALL GOAL
Students will build a collaborative mindset through team work and try to solve real world problems. Students will focus on different roles when working in a team and participate in hands-on activities. Students will be introduced to foundational vocabulary commonly used in STEM. They will strengthen their ability to integrate and apply knowledge and skills; nurturing their creativity, collaboration and problem solving skills.
UPDATES
August/September Week 1 & 2:
Students will be shown the routines and expectations of STEM. We will complete some mini-challenges to promote collaboration and problem-solving.
