Story:
Max was home sick from school. His mom picked up his homework packet, which contained the book Goldilocks and the Three Bears and another book about Brown Bears. He was supposed to read both books and tell the difference between Fact (Nonfiction) and Fiction. Max did all of his homework last night, but his little sister mixed it all up this morning. The fact and fiction information got all mixed up and we have to help sort it for him so he can finish his homework before his bus comes.
Story:
Stories have surfaced of a hidden treasure in the waters off the coast of Breakoutville. A gold coin has been found on the beach and they are gathering equipment to go out to the shipwreck of Captain Lockbox to look for his fabled chest of gold. There is also supposed to be a small glass bottle in the chest that cures all medical issues. They want you to be part of their crew. If they find the box, they are going to need an expert in order to get into it. They will plan to pick you up on the last day of the expedition. Are you up for the challenge?
Story:
You are a scientist that will make a presentation to the WMA (World Medical Association) on the power of the human brain. You intend to prove that the brain can grow and get stronger through having a growth mindset. You are set for the meeting, except your final proof is locked inside a box for safe keeping. Your assistant has left with the combinations, so it is up to you to solve the puzzles to reach the final proof in time. Use all your knowledge about having a growth mindset to solve the clues!
