Ukulele Club has been a part of St. Joseph Middle School's extracurricular activities since 2020 and we've grown from 7 members to 18! 

Students in ukulele club are constantly learning new skills, like hand-eye coordination, learning to identify and hear different chords, and learning to play together in a group. 

We meet on Tuesdays from 7:20 - 7:50 and learn new chords each week. We play along with videos on YouTube to popular songs that you might hear on the radio, and to get into the winter holiday spirit, we're finding holiday songs to play along with! Here are the chords we've worked on in class so far. Using these chords can allow students to play hundreds of popular tunes:
