Before Care
If you are registered and need before care, please email extendedcare@stjoanarc.org and request the date you need.
I will respond as to whether we have space or not.
Advance Notice Required:
Drop-In Care students must request care at least 48 hours in advance of the day they need it. We do not accept same day drop in request unless it is an emergency situation. Drop in care is not guaranteed, though we make every effort to accomodate them, including calling in extra staff if possible.
You will receive an email confirmation letting you know whether space is available for your child(ren).
Do not send your child to Extended Care (before or after) unless you have submitted a request and received email confirmation at least 48 hours in advance.
You will receive an email either way, so please watch for communication from
extendedcare@stjoanarc.org.
IF you require drop in for specific days every week, (i.e. every Tues and Fri. only, OR just every Monday), please email me and let me know. You will not be required to request every week.
