About Me

My name is Ms.Steinmeyer, and this is my 4th school year at St.James. I grew up in Delaware County, PA my entire life. I am an OLPH (OLA) and Cardinal O'Hara Alumni. I attended Delaware County Community College and graduated in 2021. I spent time in China between 2016-2017 assisting in teaching ESL, and also taking Mandarin classes at the local college in the city of Ningbo. My experience there really pushed me in my dreams to pursue a career in education! I am also a mother to a funny and wonderful 6 year old girl. I really enjoy photography, which I do in my free time with family portraits and nature. I am a big Anime fan and love all the old shows and video games, such as, Pokemon, Kirby, and Sonic. Before the pandemic, I always enjoyed doing weekend and day trips. I love a fun adventure with my family, and especially trying new foods from other cities. Fun Facts: My favorite colors are blue and purple, My favorite animals are Red Pandas and Koalas. (Not a fun fact) I am allergic to raw fruits and vegetables (pollen-food syndrome).
