We believe our purpose is to love God and our neighbors and to show God’s love and grace to all who are in need. Box City includes a call to action: to help others work toward making our communities safer and warmer for those in need.

Help us reach our goal of $5,000

We invite all attendees and their congregations to support our goal of raising $5,000 to aid our friends at Resources for Human Development (RHD). RHD is in the process of opening a year-round shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness in Lansdale, PA. This shelter should be open Spring of '26 with 2 more shelters in the planning phases to be built in Norristown and Eagleville. The shelter will offer overnight accommodations plus access to resources, including childcare, medical, behaviorial and mental health services, employment training, and veterans’ services. All proceeds raised at Box City will benefit RHD and the neighbors they serve.

How can 1 person make a difference? 

By spreading the word and asking others to help you meet the call. Sponsor a student as they participate in this multi-faceted learning experience.

How can 1 congregation make a difference? 

By supporting your youth as they attend this event or by supporting our event even if you have no youth to attend.

How can 1 event make a difference? 

Through the engagement of many congregations, families and individuals, we can make a difference that will be felt by many individuals who need our support.
