Registration Roles
Greeter(s) at the Entrance - Youth or Adult; Welcomes youth and leaders, directs them to the check-in area or restrooms
Check-in Desk - Youth or Adult; Collect forms, hand out name tags & materials,
Bursar - Adults; collects payments & receipts, completes check requests, collects donations for PBOH
Encampment Build
Oversees & supports the build with advice, directions etc.
Sets out trash containers, large trash bags available for material waste
Directs incoming cars to park away from encampment
Dinner Crew / Breakfast Team
Assists in dinner food service or breakfast food service
Clean up kitchen and serving areas
Facilities
Saturday:
Set up tables, chairs for dinner
Wipe down tables
Take down or rearrange hall after dinner for activities
Sweep/spot mop floor as needed
Ensure trash is emptied & bags replenished
Keeps an eye on bathroom supplies
Resource for electrical cords etc
Supervise parking lot/provide direction to others to dumpsters etc.
Sunday:
Set up tables, chairs for breakfast
Ensure trash is emptied & bags replenished
Wipe down tables
Resource for electrical cords etc
Supervise parking lot/provide direction to others to dumpsters etc.
Night Watch
Night Watch positions are perfect for night owls and critical to the safety of our kids.
Set up and maintain firepit(s)
Watch over encampment for intruders
Provide campers with direction towards bathrooms or warming spaces
Anywhere
ad hoc positions could be sedentary or mobile
Supports leadership team and other roles
May be defined as we go!
