Our Learning

Outdoor Learning

We are always inspired by our school grounds and how they allow us to explore our learning in new and exciting ways. Throughout each term learners have the opportunity to explore their learning further within the school grounds. We have been developing our fire lighting and safety skills as well as our identification skills while pond dipping.

Play Based Learning

In our Early Years classroom we explore our learning through child-initiated and teacher supported play sessions periodically during the week. All our staff promote children's learning and enquiry through quality interactions.

Robotics

(STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths)

Throughout the year we encourage all pupils to apply their learning through STEM based challenges and problem solving tasks. This year we were fortunate enough to win both our learning community tournament and the Stirling wide final of the Lego robotics competition.
