Stillwater Build is a full service residential home building and remodeling company located in North Alabama. Stillwater Build was formed in 2022 by Mike Brockman out of a desire to bring the up-to-date building science techniques to the Rocket City, and we plan to become the premier, high performance, luxury custom home builder in Madison, Athens and surrounding areas. We are prepared to bring your ideas to life with superior quality and timeless design. We feature an in-house interior designer and we work together to create a personalized design plan prior to construction so we can get a realistic grasp on cost prior to breaking ground.
Our build team takes extra steps during construction to deliver a beautiful, highly efficient home to our clients. Buildertrend connects builder, client, subcontractors and suppliers to help keep everyone up to date on the budget and progress of your home.

Mike was raised in Nashville, TN and moved to Huntsville to pursue a career after receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. After 11 years of engineering experience he left engineering to pursue home building and real estate. He leveraged his engineering background as a Project Manager for a custom home builder and to assist people in buying, selling and investing in real estate. Mike is the Team Lead of The Stillwater Real Estate Team with Capstone Realty, and carries the values of hard work, integrity, communication, attention to detail, and outstanding client service into everything he does.

Justin was raised in Anniston, AL and moved to Huntsville to earn his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UAH. Since obtaining his degree he has gained 4 years of engineering experience working for Georgia Tech Research Institute. After going through the construction process to build his own home, Justin decided to take the jump to become a custom home builder himself. He saw an opportunity to use his hands-on approach to bring quality custom home building techniques to North Central Alabama and elevate the standards of the local building industry.
