We believe the building process starts prior to ever breaking ground, and thus Stillwater Build will work with the homeowner from the beginning (via a Pre Construction Agreement) to ensure buildability, budget, and energy efficiency. ‍The Stillwater team will work with the homeowner to ensure that your investment is built with quality construction techniques and materials in order to ensure that the home is durable, comfortable and efficient. By involving our partners at Stillwater Design, we can ensure that your project is estimated appropriately and that the final product meets your expectations. 

Build

‍Providing realistic expectations across the entire build allows you to be more in control of the budget, timeline, and therefore outcome of the project. Stillwater Build brings together the best building professionals, under diligent supervision, to ensure a successful project. 

Post-Build

‍Long-term care for our beautiful homes is simple and easy with Stillwater Build. Extended services beyond the warranty time allows the same professionals involved in building your home to service its long-term needs. Scheduled maintenance plans allow for worry-free living.
