Why Stier?

'Stier' is the Dutch word for bull.  This is a nod to The Netherlands where the founder Andrew was born, and reflects his surname, it also reminds him to ground everything that we do as a company in how he was brought up and to not forget his formative years.  

Pronounced like 'steer' it sums up perfectly the core purpose of our company.  We want to form, guide, support and help you direct the path you choose to take in your current and future roles, whether as an individual or as a team.
