Q: What is an eWallet?
A: Book Fair eWallet is the new way to pay! It’s a digital payment option that’s a safe, convenient alternative to cash.

Q: Why should I use an eWallet?
A: We’re glad you asked! Let us explain the ways:
Kids can shop worry free! No more handling cash that can get lost.
Anyone can contribute to an eWallet. It’s perfect for spoiling kids, grandkids, nieces, and nephews. It’s as easy as sharing your eWallet link with friends and family.
Not a penny goes to waste! After the fair, you can use your remaining balance to:
Use as a gift card to shop online with Scholastic
Fund a future eWallet
Donate to the school to purchase books for the library – ask us how!
Q: Do I need a Scholastic account to sign up for eWallet?
A: Yes.
Q: How do I set-up eWallet?
A: Go to this link to create and fund your eWallet.
Q: Oh no! My child forgot the eWallet barcode at home!
A: Don’t worry. As long as there is at least $1 in the account, the registers should have access to your child’s eWallet funds. At checkout, just have your child tell our cashiers his/her first and last name, grade, and teacher.
Q: We want to donate funds to a teacher’s eWallet account. How can I do that?
A: We invited our teachers and staff to create their own eWallet accounts and wish lists to share with the community, and you can find them here. If your child’s teacher is not on the list, feel free to reach out to him/her directly.
This event is completely volunteer-based. If you can, please volunteer an hour or two (or more!) at the fair. Some of the roles we need help with are:

Take down crew
