Assessments
Every 2 weeks, the group will meet and evaluate performance on the aforementioned expectations with the following scale. The subpoints are potential actions and rewards for receiving such a score:
1 - Far Below Average - Consistently missing meetings, lack of communication, hindering group progress, etc.
Incur an in-person discussion to identify the issue and find actionable items for the group member(s)
Follow up with the assessment at a scheduled in person meeting to discuss progress
2 - Below Average - Misses some meetings, communicates with group, doesn't complete expectations, passive group member
Discuss issues and have an open conversation to discuss causes and remedies for the issue
Brainstorm avenues of improvement
3 - Meets Expectations - Comes to meetings and communicates with group, completes expectations satisfactorily
Pat on the back
Set goals for potential future growth and share them with team
4 - Above Expectations - Contributes at most meetings, completes all expectations and exceeds some, actively communicates progress and needs, works outside of meeting times
Candy Bar (allergy friendly)
5 - Above and Beyond Expectations - Contributes at all meetings, exceeds most if not all expectations, actively communicates, holds team members accountable and offers support if necessary, works outside of meeting times
Taken out to eat for recognition <3
