Every 2 weeks, the group will meet and evaluate performance on the aforementioned expectations with the following scale. The subpoints are potential actions and rewards for receiving such a score:

1 - Far Below Average - Consistently missing meetings, lack of communication, hindering group progress, etc.

2 - Below Average - Misses some meetings, communicates with group, doesn't complete expectations, passive group member

3 - Meets Expectations - Comes to meetings and communicates with group, completes expectations satisfactorily

4 - Above Expectations - Contributes at most meetings, completes all expectations and exceeds some, actively communicates progress and needs, works outside of meeting times

5 - Above and Beyond Expectations - Contributes at all meetings, exceeds most if not all expectations, actively communicates, holds team members accountable and offers support if necessary, works outside of meeting times
