Steps:
Establish Communications with a local parking garage about utilizing facilities for testing (Stevens River lot if possible)
Develop an app and panel concept to present to owners of the lot for further approval
Split into teams to work on various requirements of the project (Software and Hardware aspects)
Conduct surveys with frequent users about ideal features for the application
Implement features into a working prototype and begin sample test
Gather data from users from the sample test
Utilize user feedback to improve upon the initial design
Deploy final project at the end of the year
