"When I first started buggy fitness with Rowan, I was really nervous. I hadn’t done any exercise since before I’d got pregnant and was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up. Within 2mins of meeting Rowan, those fears completely disappeared.
Her relaxed style could put anyone at ease and as a mummy herself, she completely understands the adjustment to post baby bodies, the need to stop and feed and will happily step in to push a pram or rock a fussy baby if needed.
The workouts are fun, varied and an excellent reintroduction to exercise. Everyone is really welcoming and you can always find someone to have a chat with, it really is a fantastic group to be part of. It’s also great headspace to be doing something for myself.

"I decided to try buggy fitness after I had my second daughter. I suffered from pelvic girdle pain through out the third trimester and found that it was on going postpartum.
With stern training I have taken a well managed approach to regain my strength and help ease the pain in the ligament. Rowan’s classes are fun and don’t over phase you. She’s so kind and even happy for older children to come along/join in- nothing is too much bother. The build up over the weeks is great as you can definitely feel how much stronger your body is becoming even after just one session a week!
I’m very pleased with my progress, it’s been lovely to meet other mums and babies and best of all I’ve dropped a dress size over 6 weeks!
