I am an organizational scholar interested in exploring several fundamental issues of organizational learning, and elaborating on their implications for strategic management. In the Academy of Management, I am a member of the OMT (Organization and Management Theory) and the BPS (Business Policy and Strategy) divisions. I was a founding member of the Behavioral Strategy Interest Group within the Strategic Management Society. I received my PhD from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 2003.
