Early Learning Center

Stepping Stones Early Learning Center opened at its current location in 2004, and offers services for infants (8 weeks) through PreK 4.  Below you will find a copy of their parent handbook, which outlines their admissions policies, tuition information, developmental goals with curriculum and instruction, as well as other general policies regarding the child care program and facilities.  For more information regarding openings or to schedule a tour, please contact the office at 410-543-2273
