Nestled in the heart of West De Pere, Stella's offers fresh ingredients and multiple dining experiences.
Since changing ownership in late 2018 and becoming "Stella's", we rapidly transitioned to a more modern American selection on our main menu, influenced by our desire to work with local ingredients and purveyors. We also have a special menu for our more creative ventures into cuisine, which allows our chefs to explore not only our great American cuisine but unique and inspirational fusion foods and other worldly dishes.
Stella's unique layout lets our guests experience multiple dining experiences. Upfront our pub bar allows for fun boisterous times, with our rotating craft beer selections, enthusiastic bartenders, and during the warmer months, open garage door walls. Near the middle of our restaurant, lies our more laid-back soulful cocktail and wine bar, where you can enjoy a more low-lighted intimate experience with our fabulous cocktails and wine selection. This then opens up into our dining room which has a personal and friendly atmosphere for guests to enjoy all Stella's has to offer. Lastly, we have our patio, which is open seasonally in warmer weather, where you can enjoy a fun and friendly time out in the sun and savor every delicious morsel that your stomach aches for from Stella's menu.

What scratch kitchen means to Stella's
Scratch cooking means preparing recipes, dishes, and products using only fresh raw ingredients. No frozen or processed foods are used in the preparation of meals for customers.
At Stella’s we lean very heavily toward being a true scratch kitchen. Every day our chefs come in before we open to prepare for our day's service to preserve the taste, color, texture, and nutritional value of our food. We work with local and fresh ingredient-producing purveyors, to source products that we cannot otherwise produce at our restaurant. We do our best to provide our guests with the best fresh-tasting, quality food that we can and keep to a scratch kitchen mentality.
