On the Fall 2024 Faculty Survey, faculty rated “Stipends for faculty to use, adapt, or create OER” highest (48.1%) among potential support options. The university has committed funding for the Zero Cost Course Materials Grants. Faculty will be supported by the Center for Teaching Excellence, and staff from Instructional Technology and Munday Library.

Based on work completed at the workshop, staff from Munday Library and Instructional Technology will provide each participant an initial survey of Open Educational Resources (OER) and library course material availability for a course at St. Edward’s University to help faculty better understand what might be possible for their course.
