APPLICATION DEADLINES FOR IN-STATE UNIVERSITIES
FAFSA
The FAFSA is available on December 31 for the upcoming school year. Students are encouraged to complete an admissions application and the FAFSA as soon as possible to secure funding. Most schools have FAFSA priority deadlines that allow students to maximize the amount of financial aid awarded. Call your financial aid office and ask about their priority deadline. Priority filing dates for Arizona's public universities are:
Arizona State University
ASU’s regular admission date is March 1. Make sure to complete your fall admission application by this date.

Northern Arizona University
NAU offers admission for most programs on a rolling basis. You can apply at any time. Get in touch with Admissions if you have questions regarding applications or about a specific program. Otherwise, start your application today!
Priority Enrollment Deadline
Your $250 enrollment deposit secures your place in our incoming class and allows you to apply for on-campus housing. For fall term priority enrollment, the deposit is due by May 1, after which it is non-refundable. We recommend completing your application early in the spring term to ensure you meet the priority deadline. However, you can still apply and pay your enrollment deposit on any date, even after May 1.

University of Arizona
April 1 is the priority submission date, but you can submit your FAFSA application even earlier. The sooner your FAFSA application is submitted, the better your chances are to qualify for free grant money – and, the sooner you’ll hear back from the University of Arizona, Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid with your financial offer.
