About Me
I am very excited for another year of teaching at St. Clair School! This will be my 13th year of teaching science and I'm looking forward to another great year!
I am originally from Avon Park, a very small town in Central Florida. I moved to Mankato in 2007 and graduated from Minnesota State University in 2011. I have taught elementary through high school science and STEM classes over the past 14 years.
I live in Eagle Lake with my husband and three children. Paige (8th grade), Parker (6th grade), and Griffin (3rd Grade), are all attending St. Clair School. Some of my favorite things to do are spending time with my family and friends, reading, enjoying the outdoors, gardening, cooking and baking, and learning new things.
I hope to instill a love of learning and discovery in all of my students and to inspire them to keep questioning, searching, problem-solving, and persevering.
Looking forward to a great year! Go Cyclones!!
