Week of June 1, 2026

*Field Day - MONDAY June 1st*  *Early Dismissal - FRIDAY June 5th*

We are in the LAST 2 Weeks of School for the 2025-2026 School Year!   There are many activities to look forward to celebrating.  For Monday's Field Day - Please see the flyer below!  We will be outside for the majority of the day.  Students will NOT be fully changing after the water activities in the afternoon.  You may send an extra dry shirt or shorts or socks, but bathing suits will not be removed. DO NOT wear or bring Flip Flops or Crocs. An extra pair of old sneakers is perfect for the afternoon.  Students may change into their morning dry sneakers to go home in. 

We will have our last assessments this week - one selection (Survival at 40 Below) and one spelling test in addition to a math review quiz on whole number multiplication and division.  (Wednesday and Thursday).  Maybe a pop quiz on our novel - The Mixed Up Files of Mrs. Basil E Frankweiler!!

THERE IS NO MASS THIS FRIDAY 6/5 - NO FORMAL UNIFORM - if your child has a summer birthday - we will celebrate all of them this day.  Your child may dress down if they have a summer birthday :)

Looking to the last week of school next week, we will play in the Volleyball tournament on Wednesday 10th and possibly on Thursday 11th (if we move on to the next round).  Students may wear gym uniforms to school for sure on Wednesday and possibly Thursday.
