Week of February 2, 2026

This week we begin MAP testing on Friday with the first part of the reading section.  Please make every effort to have a good breakfast and arrive on time this Friday (and Monday-Thursday next week).  

As we wrap up division, there will be a test on Tuesday with one and two digit divisors as well as a few word problems.  On Thursday, students will take an ELA assessment on "They Don't Mean It."  The Vocabulary words for the selection are on the Vocabulary tab.  We are also beginning Chapter 4 in the Vocabulary in Action book this week as well.  Students continue to work on pronouns in grammar and will be writing a paragraph of the week this week - writing about a trip.

We continue to learn about Confirmation in Religion and we will begin working on studying for the ACRE religion test.
