All About Mrs. Klein

I grew up in Staunton and live here with my husband, two children (Lucas & Danika), & pets (Axel & Auggie). We love to travel, watch sports, and binge Netflix shows. Lucas is in 11th grade and Danika is in 9th grade at SHS!

I graduated from SHS in 2000, Blackburn College in 2004, and have taught multiple grades in over 20 years of teaching! This will be my second year of teaching 8th grade, but I have spent time in 1st, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade throughout my career. 

As an ELA teacher, I'm sure it's no surprise that I love to read. However, it's true! I also love watching my kids play sports and participate in their extracurricular activities. I really enjoy traveling, true crime documentaries, online shopping, and caffeine in all forms too!
