St. Augustine Honor Society
Students who are nominated for induction into the SAHS must meet certain criteria:
First, they must have been on the honor roll with an overall average of 90% for four consecutive quarters (we use the last two quarters of 6th grade and the first two quarters of 7th grade to calculate this).
Students must also have demonstrated excellence and participation in co-curricular activities, service to school, church, and community, and high marks in citizenship.
Students are required to demonstrate and maintain active involvement in all facets of these criteria to maintain their membership in the SAHS.
Nominated students will be notified around February of this school year with a letter that is sent home with the student.
The induction ceremony will take place near the end of February or the beginning of March.
