Generally fixing things that are wrong in Trails go here. Examples include:
Merging duplicate clientsÂ
Data corrections, like incorrect dates
You can always report bugs to our analysts and let them get it fixed for you, too!

ModSquad Office Hours are every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am for Trails Users with Active access only
ModSquad is for live troubleshooting on a first come, first serve basis. You are always welcome to bring your questions here!

You might know us as ModSquad, but the name mom calls when we didn't take out the trash is CTUG. In addition to our twice weekly meetings to help users and problem solve Trails stuff, we meet on the 4th Friday of even numbered months as a larger group. If you want to make sure your voice is heard as we continue to Modernize Trails, please make time to join us!
