As we wrap up this year’s SWAP Statewide, we are not returning to where we started, we are moving forward with new insight, stronger connections, and a clearer sense of direction.

Over the past day and a half, we’ve explored ideas, strengthened partnerships, and focused on what’s ahead. Now the work continues  in how we apply what we’ve learned, support one another, and stay focused on outcomes for youth with
