Tax Grids 2014
Registration marks have been added to the 2014 tax forms. The registration mark specifications are available on the Software Vendor Specifications page. Any form with registration marks is data captured and must be designed exactly to the CoDOR form template.

If the department previously approved your substitute form, and a more recent version of the form has not been posted, please do not submit the form again.
CoDOR reviews the forms during the year to determine which ones to obsolete. For 2014, the following forms were obsoleted:

DR 1303
DR 1304
The 2014 list of forms may now be sorted by column.
2014 was the last year vouchers/coupons were distributed. After 2014, vouchers were all converted into full page forms. However, you may still need the specs for these documents. These specification documents are listed below:
DR 5325 template shows print specifications for payment coupons with optional scan line.
DR 5325G is an 8.5 x 11 template that shows print specifications for the Validation Area and payment vouchers with/without scan lines.

Description of each column:
Form #: Colorado Department of Revenue assigned DR number. The form number may include the "No Grid" or "a No Grid version" which indicates the form template does not include the 6 x 10 grid.
Title: The title of the form.
Revision Date: The latest revision date of the form.
Date Posted: The date the form was posted to the web page.
Status: Indicates whether the form is a "Final" or a "Draft".
Date First Final: The date a form was first finalized by the Colorado Department of Revenue.
Comments: Any notifications about the form or any changes to the form since it has been first finalized and posted to the web page.
Release Time: The time frame the form must be released in the vendors software. Whether the form may be released immediately or must wait until a later date. A description of each is below:
Immediate: Forms that are ready for immediate update and release in the vendor software. CoDOR highly encourages update and distribution of these forms to the public as soon as possible.
Annual: Forms that are updated annually and are not available for release to the public until January 1, 2015. Final versions are available for all tax returns. Draft versions are available for books that are not final until October 2014.
