2021 Updates and Notes:

• New SFD Website -  Google has discontinued the use of its classic sites. This has given us the opportunity to redesign a more intuitive and user-friendly site. Please take a look around and let us know if you have any questions or feedback. 

• 2021 Letter of Intent  Please fill out and return the Letter of Intent before submitting any forms for review. Any submissions received without an updated LOI will be returned without review.  Please do not flatten or change the form fields in the LOI. Our goal is to keep the data collection process as automated as possible. Thank you!

Dates & Timelines 

• 08/02/21 - SFD Review Season kicks off

• 08/31/21 - Submit your Letter of Intent no late than Aug 31

• 10/31/21 - First round of submissions are due at this time

• The first posting of forms marked as "Final", are due within 10 weeks of the original posting.

• Some forms will have line reference updates later in the season. A submission or courtesy copy is due within two weeks of the updated posting.
