Tax Forms 2013

CDOR reviewed the forms during the redesign process and noticed many forms are now obsolete. For a list of the obsolete forms please click on Obsolete Forms List for 2013.

All forms CDOR scans have a 1D barcode. However, some are data captured through front-end imaging and some are not data captured. Forms with a 1D barcode and designed to 6 x 10 grid are data captured. Forms with a 1D barcode and not designed to the 6 x 10 grid are not data captured. To help CoDOR is providing a list that indicates which forms are designed to the 6 x 10 grid and which forms are not. Please download the 2013 list for the 6_x_10_Grid.pdf here.

Forms you may update immediately. Changes to these forms can be processed in either our old or new environment. You are encouraged to update and distribute as soon as possible.
