Effective January 20, 2026, CMS made available some enhancements to the HHA Quality Measure reports. Below is the list of enhancements:
Improved performance across all HHA agency-level and Tally/Patient Listing reports
The following HHA Tally/Patient-Listing Reports can now be run on-demand without requiring the report to be scheduled for a future date:
Agency Patient-Related Characteristics (Case Mix) Tally Report
HHA Tally: Process Report
HHA Tally: Outcome Report
Potentially Avoidable Event: Patient Listing Report
Improved user experience in requesting the HHA claims-based measure data in the Outcome Report. The only required field is the Claims End Date, which features a drop-down menu to select from.
