Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience by Clearing the Path for Comprehensive, High-Quality Dementia Care

On July 1, 2024, CMS launched the Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model with 390 participating organizations building Dementia Care Programs that will serve hundreds of thousands of people with Medicare nationwide. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released the updated FY 2025 ICD-10-CM files. These updates will go into effect Oct. 1, 2024.

Proposed Modifications to the HIPAA Security Rule to Strengthen the Cybersecurity of Electronic Protected Health Information Emergency Preparedness Requirements for Medicare and Medicaid Participating Providers and Suppliers II
