New Look to CMS.gov

Working with stakeholders throughout the development process, improvements were made in the design of the CMS.gov website. The new version features an updated information architecture and streamlined navigation, as well as a refreshed home page. 

What is Needed From You?

Visit CMS.gov and look around. Get comfortable with the redesigned home page and orient yourself to the navigation improvements. Visitors are welcome to provide input via a Feedback button available on every page on the site. This feedback is regularly monitored by our triage team, but we won’t send individual responses.

From OASIS Answers: OIG Highlights OASIS Under Reporting of Falls with Major Injuries

The September 2023 OIG Report notes that agencies failed to report over half of falls with major injury. On September 5th, the Health and Human Services’ Office of the Inspector General (OIG) released the report, “Home Health Agencies Failed To Report Over Half of Falls With Major Injury and Hospitalization Among Their Medicare Patients”.
