Telligen now offers a 15-minute Emergency Preparedness Assessment

In alignment with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) emergency preparedness regulations, the assessment is designed to evaluate your emergency readiness as well as identify gaps within your current plan.

The assessment will provide you with a checklist that contains trusted resources to assist you in addressing any gaps in your plan. For nursing homes that are part of a larger organization, Telligen can provide aggregated assessment results for broader improvements and impact.

CMS updated manuals to add marriage and family therapists and mental health counselors to the list of services excluded from skilled nursing facility consolidated billing effective January 1, 2024:
