We are still approaching this situation with caution. We care deeply about each and every one of you and want to make sure we keep you safe and healthy!
These are the steps we are taking this year to ensure that:
Option for either in person or virtual attendance will be available - we encourage those that are immunocompromised (or have someone immunocompromised in their life) to attend virtually or watch the recording after the meeting
All in person participants will be required to show a vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test taken within the last 48 hours to attend
All in person participants who are unvaccinated will still be asked to wear a mask while in the meeting
Chairs in the Hunter Education Building will be spaced 6ft apart to ensure social distancing measures are taking place
Hand sanitizer and masks will be provided as an option for all volunteers
Any participant who is experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste, headache, or body aches is asked to stay home and attend virtually if you can
