Phase 1: Testing and Feedback
(COMPLETE) Change Champion Training (Nov 2025 - Dec 2025): General navigation and clarifying differences for educational decisions on reports to retain or discard.
Change Champion Testing (Dec 2025 - Feb 2-26): Hands-on validation of reporting to ensure understanding of system behavior and surface usability issues early.
Phase 2: Training and Enablement (Jan 2026 - Mar 2026)
All User Training: Intro to Insights navigation and filtering and learn Configurable Inquiries.
Report Developer Training & Cleanup: Train Report Developers (2 per agency), and Report Clean-Up: Move to “Convert to Insights” folder or delete.
Phase 3: Final Validation and Transition
All User UAT (Feb 2026 - Apr 2026): Test Insights reports before Go-Live and confirm accuracy and usability.
Department Report Conversion (Mar 2026 - Sept 2026): Rebuild key reports in Insights to match department needs and validate converted reports for accuracy and usability.
Phase 4: Go-Live and Decommission
Insights PRD Go Live (Apr 2026): SW and agency reports that pass testing are released to PRD on a continuous basis.
Stabilization Period (May 2026 - Dec 2026): Monitor system performance and resolve post-Go-Live issues.
InfoAdvantage Sunset (Jan 2027): Fully shift to Insights for reporting and retire legacy infoAdvantage reports and access.
