This job aid describes how to access and run a configurable inquiry report.
Enter CIMYINQ into the Global Search field and choose the My Configurable Inquires (Advantage ERP Common) menu option.
To see all the inquiries that have been shared with you, select the Apply button.
Select the report you would like to run by clicking the report name.
Input any required parameters for the report. Remember, if you want to run the report with multiple parameters, separate the values with a comma.
You can click within the box and type the value or use the picklist
Once all parameters you want to use to run the configurable inquiry are populated, select the Apply button to run the report and retrieve your data.
Select Apply
Once data results are returned, you may configure the columns that you want to see in the report using the magic wheel icon.
Select OK
6. Select the lines desired and Grid Actions to export your report to a file.
A message will appear that indicates the download is in progress.
The file you export will be located in your downloads folder.
