After your report is fully developed and saved to your department workspace, a ticket will need to be submitted to CORE Help (core.help@state.co.us) to request that the report be published from the workspace to CORE so it is accessible to all users with access to your department folder. In your email request to CORE Help, please include the name of the report, the name of the department workspace, and the developer folder where the report resides. CORE Operations will validate that the report is not a duplicate of an existing report in the department folder. However, we will not check the report for any other functions or features. It is the responsibility of the report developer to ensure the report pulls the data as expected in the desired format / presentation and is accurate. Once it is confirmed the report is not a duplicate of an existing report, it will be published to be accessible in your CORE department folder.
To access an Analytic report in CORE after it has been published, enter RPRTLST as the page code in the CORE search field or type Report List as the keyword if your search mode is set to All. The Report List page will open. Click the folder for your department where the analytic report was published, and then click on the name of the report to open it.
