How often is data replicated?
Replication can occur as frequently as every 15 minutes or as infrequently as every 60 minutes. The timing depends on factors like query volume and application throughput (e.g., system utilization). Ideally, replication happens every 15–30 minutes.
Are there sync cycles or batch processes that affect replication?
No. Replication is not dependent on sync cycles or batch jobs. It runs continuously and should not be blocked by scheduled processes.
When should I be concerned about missing data?
If a transaction was entered and finalized early in the business day and still hasn’t appeared by the end of the day—or by the following day—this may indicate a problem.
Should I submit a Help Desk ticket if I don’t see data after a few hours?
No. Please do not submit tickets for short delays. Our team proactively monitors replication in real time. Only report issues if there is a significant delay in data availability (e.g., more than a full business day).
Will I be notified if there’s a widespread issue?
Yes. If we detect any issues that could impact business operations, we will communicate updates through CORE Communication channels.
