Overview
This job aid details the steps for accessing Insight Training withing the Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
Important: Employees in Judicial, Legislature, and Institutions of Higher Education (IHE) cannot access LXP for training content. Please contact us at core.training@state.co.us for assistance with alternative access.
Step 1:
Log into the Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
Note: If you have not logged into the LXP since October 27, 2025, you will need to create a new password to sign in due to a recent platform refresh.
Step 2:
Type 'Insights Pathway' into the search bar, then press enter.
Step 3:
Locate the 'Insights Pathway' training in your search results and click on the learning content.
Step 4:
To start the training, scroll down and click 'Start.' There will be 3 training courses to complete.
Please contact us at core.training@state.co.us for assistance if you still cannot locate the Insights training in LXP after completing these steps.
