Process
This job aid describes the activities required to obtain and use the “Budget Form Information – JBC Tracking” report from infoAdvantage. This report provides separate tabs for 065_CY_Supplementals and 075_RY_JBC_Tracking. This report is intended to provide PB users access to entries that have been entered in the PB System and includes a column to record final amounts from the JBC.
Access infoAdvantage through CORE
2. Select CORE Reports>Folders>Public Folders>CORE Reports>Statewide Reports>Performance Budgeting>Budget Form Information – JBC Tracking.
3. Select Query from the toolbar
4. A reports window appears providing options for selecting prompts.
Select Cabinet
For example, to obtain the report for the Department of Personnel and Administration, enter A in the Cabinet prompt field. Run report.
5. To download the report, select the down arrow:
Select All Reports and Export:
6. The report will include data for the following for each cabinet:
